In our tests and testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It can navigate the majority of terrains easily, but it can be difficult to maneuver over gravel and grassy areas. It isn't easy to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended for use on the stairs or off-road, but its suspension system can help to minimize bumps.

Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage options however we'd like a little more versatility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility when it comes to seating arrangement is a major plus.
